President's Message

Welcome to the St. Louis Paralegal Association ("STLPA")! 

How are you? I hope you and your family have been able to stay safe and healthy! What a crazy year we have had. We're hoping to get back to some sort of "normal" very soon. I miss your face and want to see you at our meetings and events! When I became President, never did I think my year would be virtual. But now there's so much coming down the pike that now more than ever I really hope to be able to do it in person.

New members, we also want you to get to know our more seasoned members. Their mentorship is invaluable. Again, one more benefit of us all getting together.

If you ever need anything, please remember my door is always open. I'm just a phone call or email away! Continue to be safe and "see" you real soon!

    The St. Louis Paralegal Association is a non-profit association formed to promote the advancement of the paralegal profession in the St. Louis area through encouragement of high ethical and professional standards and to provide access to information and education for paralegals, and other legal professionals.

    The St. Louis Paralegal Association is affiliated with The National Association of Legal Assistants ("NALA"). Each member of St. Louis Paralegal Association is bound by NALA's code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility.

    St. Louis Paralegal Association supports paralegals through continuing education programs, seminars and workshops. We promote the profession by working with various paralegal programs in the St. Louis area. We work with the local and state bar associations in the adoption of standards for paralegals in this rapidly growing field.

    The St. Louis Paralegal Association does not provide legal services to anyone.
